Most likely borrowed from German Eisenbahn. Compare also гарешт (harešt) for prothetic [ɦ] in borrowed terms. Cognate with obsolete dialectal Polish ajzyban, ajzybon, ejzebana, ejzybon, hajzybon and dialectal Croatian ajzeban.
