[edit]From καλοκάγαθος (kalokágathos, “gentleman”) + -ίᾱ (-íā), from καλὸς καὶ ἀγαθός (kalòs kaì agathós, “beautiful and good”), shortened as καλός κἀγαθός (kalós kagathós).
