twin peaks pl (plural only)

1. (slang, vulgar) A woman's breasts, particularly large breasts.

   Just before her shift, the nurse scrutinized her appearance in the mirror, noting with satisfaction how the tight uniform emphasized the twin peaks that had made her such a hit with many of her patients.
