[edit]Borrowed from Greek σουτζούκι (soutzoúki), from Turkish sucuk (see also: Georgian ჩურჩხელა (čurčxela, “churchkhela”)). Doublet of sujuk.

- A dry, low-fat, spicy sausage from Greece and Turkey.
- A jelly prepared from wine must, which has been enriched with walnuts and formed into a roll from Greece.
