Tweets and Internet memes mocked his arrogant sense of impunity, ensuring that “sottocopy” and “sinotto” will forever be part of his legacy. All this led Sotto to paint himself a victim, of “cyberbullying,” and threaten his critics with the now-infamous cybercrime bill.
