[edit]Coined by Johann Eduard Erdmann as New Latin Panlogismus in Die Entwicklung der deutschen Speculation seit Kant. Ultimately from Ancient Greek παν- (pan-) + λόγος (lógos) + -ισμός (-ismós), equivalent to pan- + Logos + -ism.

- (philosophy) The Hegelian doctrine that the universe is the act or realization of Logos, and therefore logic and ontology are the same study.
