     Jaga rang héés tamba tu(n)duh, nginum twa/h/k tamba hanaang, nyatu tamba ponyo, ulah urang kajo(ng)jonan.

     We must only sleep just to dispel our drowsiness, drink the palm wine to merely quench our thirst, eat as only a mean to satisfy hunger; let us not be given to excess.
