  1. an ablaut that marks a statement as not yet true at the time under discussion. Always used at the end of the sentence, otherwise it becomes kta.
    Mni kte.I will go.

  1. hortative; a word used to denote encouragement
    Muŋyútapi kte!Let’s eat!
