From Ottoman Turkish اخراجات (ihracat, exports, expenses), plural of اخراج (ihrac), from Arabic إِخْرَاج (ʔiḵrāj). Formally, the Arabic plural of ihraç. By surface analysis, ihraç +‎ -at.
