      Bydd y canllawiau newydd dal yn gofyn i unigolion hunanynysu am 7 diwrnod o ddechrau symptomau COVID-19 ond nawr byddan nhw hefyd yn gofyn i bob unigolyn yn y tŷ hunanynysu am 14 diwrnod o’r foment honno.
      The new guidelines still ask individuals to self-isolate for 7 days from the start of COVID-19 symptoms but now they will require every individual in the house to self-isolate for 14 days from that point.
