Etymology

Borrowed from Latin epanalepsis, from Ancient Greek ἐπανάληψις (epanálēpsis), from ἐπαναλαμβάνω (epanalambánō), from ἐπί (epí) +‎ ἀνά (aná) +‎ λαμβάνω (lambánō).
