Azerbaijani
[edit]Etymology
[edit]Cognate with Turkish değirmi. From Common Turkic *tegirmi, equivalent to devir- + -mi. The latter suffix is unattested in other words in Turkic languages and is likely a variant of -me (as in Chagatai تیکیرمه (täyirmä)).[1]
Adjective
[edit]dəyirmi (comparative daha dəyirmi, superlative ən dəyirmi)
