Inherited from Sanskrit आख्यात (ākhyāta). Cognate with Prakrit 𑀆𑀖𑀸𑀬 (āghāya), 𑀅𑀓𑁆𑀔𑀸𑀬 (akkhāya), 𑀆𑀥𑀸𑀬 (ādhāya).
