Wiktionary talk:Todo/English non-lemmas with translations

False positives

I've identified a few types of false positives (English terms that probably deserve to have translations, despite not being in Category:English lemmas) that show up here:

1. Terms like annis Domini that have headword lines as if they are exlusively plural nouns (causing them to be categorized as non-lemmas), when in fact they have other uses.
2. Languages like Baṭḥari that use {{head|en|proper noun form}}, which incorrectly categorizes them as non-lemmas. Update (November 2022): I have changed all of these to use {{en-proper noun}}.
3. Terms like contacts that have "Translations" sections but only use {{trans-see}}. This is just because my program looked for a "Translations" heading without caring what was under it. I've changed it to look in English sections for {{trans-see|, so this should not be a problem if I re-run it later.

There are also contractions like ain't, which I'm not sure how to handle. - excarnateSojourner (talk | contrib) 06:28, 19 September 2022 (UTC)
