Bluelinks
[edit]Can the bluelinks be removed if entries for these words now exist? 24.29.228.33 21:43, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- Some bluelinks might be to non-Hebrew (e.g., Aramaic) words. Others might be to a sense that we have, where the requested sense is different. But if the sense that was requested has been added, then, yeah, I think you can delete the link.—msh210℠ 22:40, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
I don't have enough expertise in this language, but it does seem to me that many of the bluelinks are requests that have been entirely fulfilled in Hebrew. 24.29.228.33 23:27, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Bluelinks should be removed. 24.29.228.33 06:32, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

It appears that the bluelinks are going to stay forever; that's fine. 71.66.97.228 19:43, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
Small Words Prefixes
[edit]I suggest to add a note that heberew has single letter versions of the words like (to-) -ל; (as) -כ; (when) -ש however this method of word production is just an abreviated form of a phrase abd shouldn't merit a separate entry. OrenBochman 13:35, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
- Do you mean that the prefix itself shouldn't have an entry, like [[ש־]]? Why not? Or do you mean that a word like כשקם (k'shekám, “when he stood”) shouldn't have an entry? In that case, well, I disagree, but the community decision has been like your view, as described at [[Wiktionary:About Hebrew#Prefixes]].—msh210℠ (talk) 16:39, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
