The translitaration here seems inconsistant with the one suggested here: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Appendix:Georgian_script
[ which seems to be ISO-9984 there ]
and here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_Georgian [ which is again ISO-9984 ]
This seems to be rather "BGN/PCGN (1981)", linking to ISO-9984.
