From Wiktionary, the free dictionary

These are the rules concerning transliteration in Shughni entries.

It is the Iranological transliteration system described in Karamšojev, D. (1988) “Šugnanskij alfavit i sootvetstvije ispolʹzovannyx v slovare transkripcionnyx znakam iranističeskoj transkripcii”, in Šugnansko-russkij slovarʹ [Shughni–Russian Dictionary], volume I, Moscow: Glavnaja redakcija vostočnoj literatury izdatelʹstva "Nauka", page 36.

Compared to the mentioned standard dictionary, Wiktionary has the following differences in the Shughni Cyrillic alphabet: в̌ instead of w, д̌ instead of δ, т̌ instead of θ, г̌ instead of ɣ̌.
