It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

Rename language consideration pages

Rename Wiktionary:About Swahili to Wiktionary:Swahili entry guidelines (in line with Wiktionary:English entry guidelines) and similarly for all other pages in cat:Wiktionary language considerations.

I realized there are a bunch of language consideration pages that are not in the category, so I wrote a separate script to categorize these before proceeding.
Done
I have written and manually tested a Python script which attempts to update redirects and links, and pauses for manual intervention when necessary.
Places where links need to be updated for all languages at once:
- Module:category tree/poscatboiler/data/languages (e.g. cat:Swahili language).
- Template:reconstructed/sub (e.g. Reconstruction:Albanian/vëharë).
- Template:normalized (e.g. Flus).
