Use this template in the etymology section for colloquial Japanese -ku adjectives.

Usage

• First parameter: the literary adjective in conclusive form in Japanese script.
• Second parameter: the adjectival stem in romanization.

Examples

Gives	From the 連体形 (rentaikei, “attributive form”) of Early Middle Japanese adjective 暑し (atsushi), with the medial /-k-/ falling out.
Code	{{ja-adj-ku|難し|kata}}
