This template is to be used for the inflection of masculine nouns that form their genitive by adding the suffix -a. The following parameters are present:

|1= The unmutated initial part of the noun, consisting of the first one or two letters

|2= The nominative singular ending of the noun

|e= (optional) Should be given the value |e=1 if the plural is formed with the extended suffix -annan (rather than the regular ending -an)

For example, the entry guth should be given the following code:
