Usage

This template creates a declension table for Lower Sorbian feminine nouns belonging to classes 4 and 5 in both Jannasch's Deutsch-niedersorbisches Wörterbuch/Słownik němsko-delnjoserbski and Starosta's Dolnoserbsko-nimski słownik/Niedersorbisch-deutsches Wörterbuch, hence the name.

Class 4 includes those feminine nouns ending in:

-bja
-mja
-nja
-rja
-wja
-wej.

Class 5 includes those feminine nouns ending in

-ja
-la
-śa.

It takes one or two obligatory parameters, depending on the class. For class 4 nouns except those ending in -wej, just list the stem (i.e. the nominative singular minus the final -ja) as the only parameter. For class 4 nouns ending in -wej, the first parameter is the first part of the noun before the -wej and the second parameter is wej. For class 5 nouns, the first parameter is the first part of the noun before the stem-final consonant, and the second parameter is the stem-final consonant (one of j, l, or ś, excluding the ending -a.

For example, for the class 4 word murja, add:
