This template is used for quoting the two plays Anchieta wrote in Old Tupi: Auto de São Lourenço and Na aldeia de Guaraparim.
The template is based on the 2nd edition of Navarro's Teatro, a transcription and translation, with modernized spelling, released in 2006[1]. A diplomatic transcription was released in 1954 by Maria de Lourdes de Paula Martins[2], thus her name is listed as compiler in the template. Both versions can and should be used when adding quotations, but remeber to quote Navarro's text in the |norm=
parameter and Martins's in |text=
.
