Yeah, because these mushrooms are rare, plus it is probably a local term. I have cited it though with 4 quotes which we could find – there must be more not digitally searchable. Remarkably, it has become kind of ghost word through the dictionaries: while it apparently existed around 1800, hundred years later it was used by a German authority, presumably only knowing it from dictionaries, and another hundred years later by the Chinese in some sloppy bibliography.
