falls or stays?
[edit]Isn't it "the rain in Spain stays mainly in the plain"? See wikipedia's article
This one should be deleted
[edit]And a new one being started is suggested. This entry is gramatically incorrect. The original lyrics from My fair lady goes "The rain in Spain stays mainly in the plain."
RFD discussion
[edit]
The following information has failed Wiktionary's deletion process.
It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.
I suggest deleting this and replacing it with an {{only-in}}
redirect to Appendix:List of shibboleths (or another appendix) for the same reason WT:RFD#park the car in Harvard Yard was deleted: it's lexicographically irrelevant. Failing that, it should be moved to the more common and more logical "the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain". - -sche (discuss) 01:15, 26 July 2013 (UTC)

- Note: this one is already in the appendix. bd2412 T 18:58, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
