This sense of `tattler' is unfamiliar to me, does not make etymological sense, and is not mentioned in Treccani, Garzanti, Oxford or Oxford-Paravia. Edit: to be clear, tattler in the sense of tachograph (Italian cronotachigrafo) was likely intended. If the usage is valid, the more technical English gloss can be added to this sense, but I not have found any attestation for it. Isomorphyc (talk) 16:51, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
