(Aus, UK) A woman or man who is 'loose'

And loose? --Abdull 13:48, 17 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I would guess that means "loose" in the sexual promiscuity sense of the term. Feel free to clarify it, though. Rod (A. Smith) 07:07, 18 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Where does the UK usage of the word to refer to a promiscuous woman come from? I think its origin there might not have anything to do with metal work. --72.215.154.250 15:43, 11 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

@Theknightwho "Slag" is heard in every random conversations by British and Irish speakers by men and women even teenagers and adults IRL (In real life) even in private or public places in buildings and outdoors ETC. When also used in certain situations if said hostile and fury. And not even the usage of The Commonwealth. Sherlocks1050 (talk) 16:25, 20 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
