There's no /θ/ in Fox, though I believe there is in some dialects of Kickapoo, which this word must be from. Goddard and Thomason 2014 have nemêsa (with archaic variant namêsa).

- This form is in Gordon Whittaker's Concise Dictionary of the Sauk Language. I don't immediately recall what work I checked the Fox and Kickapoo spellings against. You are correct that -êsa is a Fox form; I'll remove "Fox" from the context label. - -sche (discuss) 22:20, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
