Add topic- Romanian dictionaries mention the (old) "slavic" лакомъ as the etymon - I can only suspect it is linked to the term as appears in Old Church Slavonic (allegedly derived from olkomъ ). Someone with real linguistic experience should in my opinion amend the etymology section.
