Previous definition confuses the Spanish term the term "Moro" with North African Moors instead of its later usage of referring to all Muslims. Juramentado was coined in the 19th century by the Spanish in the Philippines. The "Moros" it refers to are Muslim Filipinos, NOT North Africans (the term is still used today, e.g. Moro National Liberation Front, Bangsamoro, Moroland).--Obsidian Soul (talk) 03:44, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
