Austin

I grew up in Austin and am very familiar with the term "interior Mexican", but I had no idea it was used chiefly in our city. I assumed everyone called the cuisine of central and southern Mexico "interior Mexican". —Mahāgaja · talk 08:03, 5 May 2023 (UTC)

@Mahagaja: it was in the entry when I started tidying it up, so I left it there. Quite a number of the quotations do refer to Austin. — Sgconlaw (talk) 11:19, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
