Webster 1913 has another sense (from Gaelic inis): "an island; often used in the names of small islands off the coast of Scotland, as in Inchcolm, Inchkeith, etc." I can't seem to find the word used alone in this sense in Google Books. Equinox 13:18, 4 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
