This is an eye-dialect misspelling, the only accepted spelling is és clar.
Notice how it doesn't appear on any of the dictionaries that are usually cited on Wiktionary:
- “esclar” in Diccionari de la llengua catalana, segona edició, Institut d’Estudis Catalans.
- “esclar”, in Gran Diccionari de la Llengua Catalana, Grup Enciclopèdia Catalana, 2025
- “esclar” in Diccionari normatiu valencià, Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua.
- “esclar” in Diccionari català-valencià-balear, Antoni Maria Alcover and Francesc de Borja Moll, 1962.
