All I can find about this is other low-quality online dictionaries, all possibly in some sort of large citogenesis mass. Was prompted by a deletion nomination at enwiki. Deacon Vorbis (talk) 01:17, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

The given definition is "admiration of body part", whatever that means. The WP discussion is at w:Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Agastopia. I see mostly mentions, but maybe a couple uses at google books:"agastopia". —Μετάknowledge^{discuss/deeds} 03:23, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

Inkhorn's Erotonomicon (a source of mentions, not usages!) defines it as "the sexual admiration of a particular feature of another's body". So this would be something like a foot fetish, navel fetish, etc., I suppose. Etymology presumably ἀγάπη (agápē) (love), τόπος (tópos) (place). Equinox ◑ 03:44, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

And ἄγασμα (ágasma, “object of adoration”).^[1] It is the topic of this Word-a-Week Vocabulary Vlog and this Word of the Day entry – which I guess do not count for our CFI.  --Lambiam 13:25, 8 August 2020 (UTC)
