The answer to "where is 大漥" (or potentially "大窪"?? more consistent with [1], either way the simplified form/variant traditional form would be "大洼") is in a posthumous collection of papers from C. C. Young.
"More recently, Z. Yang (=C. C. Young, 1982a, b) has described some tiny dinosaur jaw fragments from the Lufeng. He placed Tawasaurus minor from Heiguopeng (1982a) in the Fabrosauridae...."

The GEOnet database has "Dawazi (Approved - N) 大洼子 (Non-Roman Script - NS){...}25° 25' 56" N, 102° 12' 32" E" [3] ('0EC24FDF91568072E0535DB81CD6C018', 'DC').
That location is in Lufeng. On Google Maps, it shows up as "DAWAZI 大洼子" in Renxing Town 仁兴镇.
In 2019, there is apparently as 大洼子 "Dawazi" in [4] 小厂村民委员会 "Xiaochang" village, Heping Town 和平镇 [5], Lufeng County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. That location is further south than 25° 25' 56" N, 102° 12' 32" E.
This last bit of information seems to indicate that there is more than one Dawazi in Lufeng County. There are seven Dawa/Dawazi in Yunan and 149 in China in the GEOnet database. There are other Chinese characters that could be transliterated as "Tawa".
I would say there's no way to know which minor location we are actually talking about without reading the 1982 book.
TL;DR--> Need to see the 1982 book to be able to make any kind of judgement about this. 平安夜快樂!

- @Metaknowledge, Geographyinitiative: I can't seem to find a PDF of 杨钟建文集, and my university's library doesn't carry it. I've put a request for an interlibrary search, but it's probably not going to be processed until the new year since it's the Christmas/New Year's break. My hopes aren't that high for them to actually find the article though.
