I put "regional" because it's not very easy to attest, which strongly suggests that it can't be in use everywhere. I know it from my childhood in NRW. One of the two attestations is from Hamburg. The other is from a Berlin-based newspaper. So perhaps "northern and central Germany", but further feedback would be helpful. 92.73.31.113 23:47, 19 December 2024 (UTC)
