But it might be hard to explain this in a usage note with all the topolects to worry about (dou1 wui5 in Cantonese, tû voi in Hakka...). Plus in Cantonese, 都會 generally would not be used like in Anatoli's example; it would be

我哋都識講漢語。我好高興！ [Cantonese, trad.]
我哋都识讲汉语。我好高兴！ [Cantonese, simp.]
