Add topicI was originally thinking that 記不得 ought to be considered SoP because the word does not appear in 现代汉语词典第7版 page 615, in 现代汉语词规范典第3版 page 621, in http://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw or in http://dict.revised.moe.edu.tw . However:
1 記得／记得 (jìde) is not officially recognized as a 離合詞 (see 现代汉语词典第7版 p615), which weakens the case that this is SoP and
2 the form "A不B" is recognized as a separate word from the parent word in some other cases (see 過不去／过不去 (guòbùqù) - 過去／过去 (guòqù) 现代汉语词典第7版 pages 501 & 503, 现代汉语词规范典第3版 pages 503 & 505, http://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw/cgi-bin/jbdic/gsweb.cgi?o=djbdic&searchid=Z00000017087, http://dict.revised.moe.edu.tw/cgi-bin/cbdic/gsweb.cgi?o=dcbdic&searchid=Z00000072540, http://www.zdic.net/c/7/156/340902.htm)
Therefore I don't think the case for considering this entry as SoP is strong enough.
As for the Mandarin Chinese Pinyin presented on this page at this time ('jìbùdé'), I would probably never say it that way; I might say it as 'jìbudé' or even 'jìbude' (potential toneless variant?).
