@ばかFumiko -- Regarding the general issue of 湯桶読み and 重箱読み, I've replied to your post over at Wiktionary:Requests for verification/Non-English#湯桶読み & 重箱読み. For this particular 蟻地獄 term, I'm on the fence -- I view this as a two-word term, 蟻 地獄, but my opinion isn't set in stone, and the more I think about it, the weaker my opinion. Either way for this entry itself, I went ahead and created ari jigoku in case anyone analyzes the term that way and looks it up using romaji. ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │^{Tala við mig} 19:09, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
