@Justinrleung 放送 is used in Mandarin too, meaning "broadcast" (especially on radios, e.g. "放送一首歌"). There is another sense: to send out, to give out, to release, e.g. "超值禮品大放送". Wyang (talk) 05:03, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
