"Conflict" within the Dictionary

@Justinrleung Just asking your opinion on what to do with this.

1. In the 普通话 section of 闽南方言大词典, we have 拓本 (thap-pún and thah-pún for all three dialects) and 拓片 (thap-phiàn and thah-phìⁿ for all three dialects).
2. In the 特有词 section of 闽南方言大词典, we have 搨本 (thap-pún for all three dialects, but thah-pún for only Xiamen and Zhangzhou) and 搨片 (thap-phìⁿ for all three dialects, but thah-phìⁿ for only Xiamen and Zhangzhou)
3. In 國語詞典 of MOEDICT, we have both 拓本 (tàběn) and 搨本 (tàběn).
4. All of this mean the same thing.

My question is: do we combine all of this info into two entries (拓本 and 拓片) or four entries (拓本, 拓片, 搨本, and 搨片)? I'm slightly uncomfortable with having two entries because the way it's split in 闽南方言大词典, I feel like "thap-phiàn" is a literary reading for all three dialects, and "thah-phìⁿ" might not be used in Quanzhou (maybe literary?). @Mar vin kaiser: I'd lean with two entries if technically the readings aren't really different (aside from the distribution of thah for Quanzhou). That said, I have a feeling that 拓 might be read with tok3 (instead of taap3) in Cantonese by some people whereas with 搨 it would only be taap3. @RcAlex36, Wpi, any idea if that's the case?
