SoP: X世同堂 (where X is a positive integer). Apparently 四世同堂 is also the name of a novel by Lao She (老舍), but we typically don't do names of books. RcAlex36 (talk) 15:19, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Keep. In the Xiandai Hanyu Guifan Cidian, defined as 家庭里祖孙四代人共同生活. ---> Tooironic (talk) 09:52, 31 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
Weak keep per Tooironic. Also, it technically needs to be four consecutive generations, so it's not perfectly SoP. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 02:23, 8 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
The SoP argument is probably invalid for four-character phrases in Chinese. Many are perfectly decodable if you know how each character is used in classical/literary Chinese. And yet, Chinese dictionaries still include them. ---> Tooironic (talk) 23:17, 12 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
