Singapore Teochew

@Justinrleung Should I add the Singaporean Teochew pronunciation? Allan Tan seems to pronounce it with a mix of Chaozhou and Shantou pronunciations in his video. Based on what I heard, it sounds like nguang⁵ siou¹ zoih⁴. The caveat though is that it is likely that other Teochew speakers in Singapore may pronounce it differently.
