No, it doesn't. You seem to have been around for some time and should already know that 両 is ONLY used in Japanese. Of course it has Chinese, Korean readings but they are for 兩 (trad.) and 两 (simpl.). 輌 as kyūjitai

According to ja:車両, 輌→両 is the result of w:ja:同音の漢字による書きかえ (w:zh:同音汉字书写规则), the replacement of kanji with homonyms. It seems like 輌 is not kyuujitai as much as overall spelling simplification. —suzukaze (t・c) 01:16, 28 April 2016 (UTC)

Just stumbled across this and yes, it seems the info currently given here is wrong, the official table [1] does not list 両 as a simplification of 輌. For the opposite case check 弁, which does have its three corresponding former characters listed. Asdfsfs (talk) 23:16, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
