@Mar vin kaiser I somewhat remember hearing my dad say this like once or twice before in the past months or recent years before, tho we don't always get salmon from the supermarket so it's not frequently heard of. Also, I somewhat vaguely remember one of the gen X or boomers in the fb groupchat mention it once before like cant remember if it was sir Von who mentioned it. My dad might think he's saying English salmon + Hokkien 魚 / 鱼 (hî) tho with a hokkien accent. Mlgc1998 (talk) 11:36, 16 January 2025 (UTC)
