I think it could be 41 or 23, since it is a calque of trigeminal neuralgia or trigeminal nerve pain or some other European equivalent. In popular usage though, people (me included...) usually interpret it as 41. 三叉 (trigeminal) is also found in 三叉動脈 (trigeminal artery). Wyang (talk) 23:04, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
