@AryamanA, DTLHS Yeah, I was wondering if this should be a reconstruction or not. Monier-Williams cites it as existing, but my Zoller (2015) cites it as a reconstruction. --Victar (talk) 23:05, 17 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Victar: It's not, it gets lots of hits on Sanskrit Wikisource: [1]. Most of them are Sanskrit-Sanskrit dictionaries, but at least one looks like a legit use. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करें • योगदान) 23:09, 17 February 2018 (UTC)
- @AryamanA: not... reconstructed? I had this originally as a mainspace entry, but DTLHS moved it to a reconstruction entry. I do wonder if अयस्कार is a later new formation. --Victar (talk) 23:16, 17 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Victar: Oh, I didn't see the page history. Yeah, I mean not a reconstruction. It could be a later formation, but कार (kāra) was (and is, in Neo-Sanskrit) very productive, so I think keeping it in the mainspace is okay. —AryamanA (मुझसे बात करें • योगदान) 23:19, 17 February 2018 (UTC)
