South Levantine Arabic. In the verb sense "to be crazy, to act crazy". As a native speaker, I have only ever heard this word used as a noun, but this was disputed by other editors who wanted to keep the verb sense.

However, تمنيك is a commonly used verb sense from the same root, meaning "to behave erratically" and "to behave dishonestly". Festucalex (talk) 12:39, 5 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
