Fitūr vs futūr in Urdu

Both are acceptable in Urdu (although fitūr is more common) - I'm not sure how to properly indicate futūr as an alternative/variant when the spellings don't differ since I'm new to this Kalionwiki (talk) 03:30, 9 December 2024 (UTC)

In this case, we would put فُتُور (futūr) as the standard spelling (as stated in Urdu dictionaries) and indicate it in the pronunciation section that IPA^(key): [fɪ.t̪uːɾ] is a colloquial pronunciation. نعم البدل (talk) 04:56, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
