@Vahagn Petrosyan When EA has two pronunciations, only the first one pops up in WA. I assume that's a glitch Hovsepig (talk) 09:00, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- @Hovsepig: it's not a glitch, it's a feature. You can give the second Western Armenian pronunciation with w2=, if it exists. --Vahag (talk) 11:18, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- @Vahagn Petrosyan: I think it would make more sense if the second entry automatically went into both EA and WA. And that if some extra entry was truly only available in EA, then it's given an e= format. The issue is that most of the cases that I have seen are that EA has two entries *and* the second entry is possible in WA too. After I'm done updating WA-less entries into hy-pron, I can rescrape everything to check how many items there are which have doublets Hovsepig (talk) 23:58, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- @Hovsepig: I made the template to behave as you described. w= and w2= manually specify Western Armenian forms, e= and e2= manually specify Eastern Armenian forms. First two parameters automatically go into both EA and WA. When you are done, please do check the doublets to see if the automatically generated second pronunciations are applicable to Western Armenian. --Vahag (talk) 06:03, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
