Correct, but this particular word is a synchronic morphological derivation, and not the one actually borrowed from (prob.) Gothic! That division is of utmost importance, otherwise we'll have e.g. any English word ending in -ive in its ==Etymology== section described as descending from Latin, Serbian in -џија as descending from Ottoman Turkish, Croatian in -irati as if descending from German.. --Ivan Štambuk 21:21, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
